These terms of sale govern the purchase of digital products sold by Web Light District LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.
1. The product
We sell Child Arrangements Logs, a digital documentation system for parents involved in child arrangements matters. It is sold as a one-time digital download and consists of three parts:
- a Digital Evidence Tracker — a structured spreadsheet that opens in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel;
- a Printable Child Arrangements Binder — 30 editable pages usable in Canva and printable at home;
- a set of 100+ message templates for neutral, child-focused communication.
Child Arrangements Logs is not legal advice. It is an organisation and documentation tool. It does not create a solicitor–client relationship, does not replace advice from a qualified legal professional, and does not guarantee any particular outcome in any proceedings. You remain solely responsible for the content of your records and for how you choose to use them.
2. Price and payment
The price of Child Arrangements Logs is £29.99 (GBP), charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.
Checkout is hosted on childarrangementslogs.co.uk. Payments are handled by our payment service provider; we never receive or store your full card details. Your card statement will show a descriptor identifying Web Light District LLC or the Child Arrangements Logs product.
Any promotional or crossed-out price shown alongside the current price refers to a previous selling price for the same product.
3. Delivery
The product is delivered electronically, normally immediately after your payment is confirmed. Full details are set out in our delivery & access policy.
4. Right to cancel and refunds
Because the product is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this causes you to lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to a distance purchase.
Independently of that statutory right, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. The conditions and the procedure are set out in our refund policy.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
5. Licence and permitted use
On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own private purposes, including in your own proceedings and with your own legal advisers.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise distribute the product;
- publish it, in whole or in part, on any public or shared platform;
- share your download or access links with third parties;
- remove or alter any copyright or ownership notice.
All intellectual property rights in the product remain with Web Light District LLC.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you record using the product, for keeping your own copies and backups, and for complying with any applicable law when collecting or recording information about other people.
7. Availability and technical requirements
To use the product you need a device with internet access and either a Google account (for Google Sheets) or a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel. The printable binder is edited using a free Canva account. We are not responsible for changes made by those third-party services to their own products or pricing.
8. Liability
We provide the product with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for any outcome of legal proceedings, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the product in place of professional legal advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you buy as a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your order.
