This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party trackers. We do not build profiles and we never sell personal data.
2. Payment data
Purchases are made on childarrangementslogs.co.uk and are processed by our payment service provider. Card details are entered directly with that provider: we never receive, see or store your full card number. We receive only the information needed to identify the order — such as the buyer's email address, the amount, and the transaction reference — in order to deliver the product, provide support and handle refunds.
3. Legal basis
- Contract — to deliver a product you bought and to provide support.
- Legitimate interests — to answer your enquiries, to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse of the contact form.
- Legal obligation — to keep accounting and transaction records.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted.
- Order and refund records: as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law.
- Server logs: a rolling short-term window for security purposes.
5. Who has access
Messages sent through the contact form are stored on our own server and are readable only by the company's staff through a password-protected interface. We use the following processors:
- Hostinger International Ltd. (Larnaca, Cyprus) — hosting of this website and of the message store;
- our payment service provider — payment processing and refunds;
- our email provider — sending and receiving our correspondence with you.
We do not disclose personal data to anyone else, except where we are required to do so by law.
6. International transfers
Web Light District LLC is established in the United States, and our hosting is located in the European Union. Where personal data of UK or EU residents is accessed from outside that area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where applicable.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our use of it. You may also withdraw a consent you have given.

8. Children
