1. How you receive the product

3. How long you keep access

4. If you did not receive your email
If the confirmation email has not arrived within one hour:
- check your spam, promotions and junk folders;
- check that the address entered at checkout was correct;
- write to contact@weblightdistrict.com from the address used for the purchase, or use the contact form.
We re-send access links free of charge, normally within one business day. If we cannot deliver the product to you at all, you are entitled to a full refund under our refund policy.

The product is written in English and designed around the practice of the family courts of England & Wales. It can be purchased from anywhere, but its content may be less relevant outside that jurisdiction. Prices are charged in GBP (£); your bank may apply its own conversion rate.
